I really do like bikram yoga. But I hesitate to suggest it to anyone since it is very very hot and can be dangerous. We have had people pass out during our class and the ambulance gets called, it is all very exciting.

I actually feel like it has helped my running and also helped my regular day to day activities due to the increased focus/meditation you have to practice while doing it. I am considering doing a 30 day challenge next! 1256 days ago
