How long did it take you to go from 200# down to 145#? 202 was my starting weight about 3 years ago. I have lost up to 20#(during the first year), but have gained about 4-5 of that back. I have not been able to lose anymore. Guess I just like to eat and don't discipline myself enough. I track my food everyday on the spark site and my exercise. Any suggestions?
