My Goals:
My goal is to get to a healthy weight! My goal for 2013 is to get under 200 pounds. That would put me 40 pounds from my goal. Other non-scale victories include:
-Wearing regular cowgirl boots
-Run a 5K
-look good in a bathing suit

My Program:
I'm continously trying to eat clean. It is a struggle because i'm a compulsive overeater but I take it day by day. I love exercise and I do cardio 5 days a week. I strength train 3 days a week.
