Krechie: It's time to get serious!

Here I am, on a journey to transform myself and transform my body. I'm into connecting with nature through outdoor events and I want to have endurance and to be fit enough to handle anything that comes my way...

I've gained a good 80 pounds over the last 2 years and I'm done with it, I got places to go and people to see....

My Goals:
I have a good 80 pounds or to go and I'm going to Allow myself to let it all go, baby!

My Program:
I plan to do 8 minutes of exercise in the morning, followed by an hour of meditation, followed by 4-5 days a week of outdoor activity or gym time,.

Personal Information:
Grew up all around New England, spent some time in California and Europe as well. I'm easy going and fun-loving....

Other Information:
I'm into hiking, yoga, camping, outdoorsy stuff, guitar, Horseback, also Law of Attraction stuff... I'm trying to move back West in a year or so.... The Southwest, there's something about it.... and I want to be fit and have endurance to handle it!

Best of luck on achieving your goals. Remember to reward yourself along the way, for milestones and sometimes just for sticking to plan. Non food rewards :)
