Still A Work In Progress

Hello. I used to weigh about 200 at my highest and I now weigh 124. Some of the weight loss was due to stress and illness. A lot of it was intentionally cutting calories. It really is a "numbers game". Right now, I am simply trying to firm up and lose inches. I can comfortably fit into a size 6. I want to comfortably fit into a size 4. When I say comfortably, I mean "loose"!

My Goals:
~Tone up.
~Reduce Cellulite.


My Program:
~Eating between 1200 and 1500 calories a day.
~Toning Daily (alternating body sections so that I give each section a little time to recover and build up muscle...I don't always track my diet and exercise on Spark People but I always track it on paper or in my cellphone!)
~Massage
~Drinking plenty of water.
~Aerobics 5 times a week alternating with brisk walking.
