Hi and thanks for kind comment on my feed. I'm loving these workouts ... most days. Anything that kicks that scale number down a notch is pretty welcome. I'm hoping that by early 2010 I can actually work on bulking up a bit (on muscle of course otherwise bulking up is easy).

You can apply it today and any day when you just can't possibly do any more. Drink your water. Exercise for 10 minutes. Eat 3-5 fruit and vegetable servings.
