My Goals:
I gained back about half of what I lost :-((
My body is screaming at me that it is ENOUGH!
So, I need my mind to agree and take it off again and this time keep it off.

I go to the gym 3-5 times a week and bought a treadmill so I can get on it the other days at home.

A book that helped me so very much is 'You on a Diet, a guide to waist management' by Drs. Oz and Roizen. I highly reccomend it.

Hope Al had a safe drive south Elizabeth. Give him lots of hugs when he arrives. Don't envy him that long drive. But if he could please stop on his way thru NY, I will hitch a ride with him to Florida to see my honey.
Butch lives near Holder Fl. It's near Ocala, I think he said a few hours north of Tampa. Where is your campground located Elizabeth? Near Orlando? How far are you from Holder or Ocala?
I'm coming down this coming week. Jan 5th-11th. Maybe we can get together. Let me know! kim

May I suggest as a start that you also update your SP page... and set yourself up with new goals. I refresh mine every so often because I find when we leave it 'lingering' where we 'were' it becomes daunting. Start FRESH with YOUR today!!

i'm sorry you've been struggling & backsliding lately, just try to stay where you are & then getting back won't be so hard! I'm really working with my mind changing my ideas on eating, etc., & it helps, but what really helps is eating the small portions because if you consistently eat the small portions when you try to eat bigger your tummy hurts! I would say an important thing is finding a healthy vice to replace food with, it isn't easy, but if you can replace it with breathing, walking, or anything healthy, it should really help! you'll be fine, i'm sure, you've already accomplished so much, so you already know how to get where you want to stay! emoticon
