Hi! Just stopped by to wish you luck with your second week of week 1 of C25K (does that make sense lol). I am moving onto week 2 today, but, like you I am in no big hurry as I've had problems with shin splints and achilles heel issues before and don't want to injure myself. So I'll see how week 2 feels today... I want to run a 5K too! I have my eyes on a race in the beginning of Sept, and I figure if I have to I will walk part of it - but I really want to get to the point where I can run the whole thing.
