Better Than Yesterday

I'm pretty much a Paleo-er... about 80/20 I would say. I am also a Crossfit-er, and though I've done it off and on over the last 2 years, I just recently started going consistently to train for my G2 level test and preparing for the instructor course in Krav-Maga in August 2013.

I also LOVE to ride my bike!! I ride at least once a week, and usually try to get in a 20 mile ride. I don't race or anything crazy, I just enjoy getting out on my mtb and touring the town. ;-) It's a way ...

My Goals:
To continue to eat a wholesome and healthy diet without stressing over the small stuff.

To exercise every day, whether from crossfit, karate, krav-maga, or even just a bike ride or a walk to the grocery store.

Other Information:
I currently train in and hold a G1 rank in IKMF Krav-Maga (directly from Israel) and I am a blue belt in J. Pat Burleson's Christian Soldiers Karate program (American Karate). I have been Crossfitting [consistently] since the beginning of 2012.

Hey...I couldn't stabalize no matter what I did...seriously! I had a lot of protiein, I tried to stay in a range. I had a lot of veggies. I tried to do no cheese and nuts when I gained a lot while they were in my diet. I drink a lot of water everyday. Bathroom is way irregular and i cannot get that stabalized. I was literally listening to every suggestion, comment, concern and it was stressing me out. I don't know if it had to do with TOM 3 days after hCG ending or what. I got back on p2 today for 2 weeks to get myself out of this funk...I'm just scared about p3 again. I want off this roller ride! emoticon

lol that sounds just heavenly emoticon i have to live vicariously through you! i do that to my husband all the time "how does it taste" "is it good" "can i smell it" lol! he just laughs now but at first he was what is your deal emoticon
I have 4 full days of drops left and my 3 without...1 week left and scared to death but girl I really want some cheese! And turkey breast or sausage or something else lol!! that dessert sounds awesome and i saved your pb oatmeal thingy for when i can have it!
I bought some sunflower butter getting ready for this so thats funny you said something because I figured i'd try.
I'm so glad you had such a great day yesterday and sounds like you're really made for p3...keep it up (and keep the stories coming i can't gain weight from listening...can i?!) emoticon emoticon
