Hi I am 58 yrs old I live in Ulster County New York and I have been struggling with my weight all my life. I had a double by-pass several years ago and I have a hard time getting bak into normal excercise and eatting. Great job Millie Congratulations on 14 pounds!!! Thanks so much for the encouragment I really appreciate it a lot. I have avoided getting on a scale since I started this some days I think I've lost weight just by how my clothes feel and others I think "nope not a single pound!" Lots of suggestions, but most important - log your food, stay within your calorie range and exercise, it's the only thing that works and if you stick to it, faithfully, you will have huge results.
