Hey everyone! My name is Krista and I am excited to become a life long healthy, leaner ME. About a year and half ago, I lost about 20 lbs doing P90X. I maintained my weight by hitting the gym at least 3-4 times a week running on the treadmill, weight training, elliptical, etc. I also took zumba classes at least twice a week and I honestly LOVE IT! I would also take yoga classes and a variety of different ones each week. I have gained ehh maybe 10 lbs back :( maybe a little less. The scale is my enemy and I try to never go on it..I go by how my clothes fit and the feel of my own stomach (my husband also helps me along with letting me know if he thinks I lost some weight :) ) However, I am going to start weighing myself starting this weekend. I am loosing weight to become a happier, more confident and leaner me. The BIGGEST problem area is my stomach. I am having such a huge problem with my middle section. I was focusing on loosing weight junior year of high school and I was down to 130..I gained 30-35 lbs between my senior year and my starting year of college. UGH. Thats when I started P90X and really knew I had to step it up. I am here for motivation, encouragement and SUPPORT!! Any advice and I truly mean that, ANYTHING would be wonderful.     Thanks for the add! I do TurboFire, and am particpating in the Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge (a different short Spark vid each day.) I also like to throw in some dance DVDs because I'm determined to conquer the Samba! As a massage therapist and instructor, and health ed grad student, "healthy eating" is always on my agenda; this girl is 100% plant-powered.
