Clothes in the closet waiting for me
I am looking to lose about 30 pounds. I have been losing and gaining 5 pounds for that last 5 years or so. Now I want to stop the up and down and just lose the weight for good.
I use the Lake of Glass picture as motivation. My son, granddaughter and I walked up to this lake in Rocky Mt 3 years ago. It was difficult with the additional weight. My goal is to walk another Rocky Mt trail, after the weight is gone.
