    I must admit sis that I am very proud that you have stuck with your working out! You always said you were gonna work out and lose the weight, but never really fully saw it through but you have this time!! I'm excited to run the race with you when ever we do! I've been working out but it's still hard without real equipment to do cardio and I can't run on the streets everyday lol! ANY WAY!! I'll stop rambling which I know you love when I do but love you!!

    Are you kidding? For your first race 30-36 minutes is great! No, scratch that, for your first race having the bravery to stand at that finish line is great. Just DOING it!!!!! You should definitely sign up! And don't stress about having to walk, Coach Nicole posted a blog on her first 5K and she mentions how some fast runners stop for a break.
