Hello to all!

it is my goal to help and support others to live healthier and active lifestyles. I have created the group 3V Dancing Queens to do just that. I want to encourage other moms from the dance studio to create and achieve wellness goals so that we can all be role models to our children.

My Goals:
Run a 10K by my 41st birthday.

My Program:
I am tracking my food daily and exercising 6X/Week. Don't forget those awesome 10 glasses of H2O!

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in the Midwest I even went to college here.

I am trying to learn to put myself 1st occasionally. It's tough because I think I was raised to believe being a good mom/wife means everyone else comes first.

Other Information:
I am 5' 7". My favorite color is red. I love to cook. Potato chips and wine are my enemies! I've been an avid exerciser since I was 18. Exercise alone is NOT enough.

Thanks for being a motivator, 2lbs my 1st week, I feel like I can do this. More exercise next week I think I'll be happy with my results.

Thanks for the heads up on the challenge, I'm excited for that...it IS exactly what I need to kick this butt in gear after the exciting, but total weight devastating last couple of weeks!!

Hey thank you for the comment!! No worries about me staying up to eat. I got home later from work alst night so wasn't finished working out until 8:30pm and i don't eat dinner beforehand. But I tend naturally to go to bed anytime between 10:30 and midnight. I still get at least 8 hours of sleep 95% of the time as I don't have a regular 8-4 or 9-5 job. Thanks though! Hope you're having a great day!
