    You seem to be on the right road. Use the food tracker daily to see where you are at re calorie intake - on days when you find it low think about other foods that you could incorporated to add a few more calories - could be more veggs, a little more protein

    Remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joned as you will get a lot of encouragement there
