Great to see you tracking your steps! I wear my pedometer all the time. I have several walking dvds that I use in bad weather. The steps are simple and repetitive, easy to learn and remember. Instead of sitting down to watch tv or play games with the family, I stand on a runner and do different versions of the steps. My mind is on the show, or the game we are playing, so I burn the calories from the movement without even thinking about it, so it doesn't even feel like a workout. I use the runner because we have hardwood floors, and sometimes the fam complains about the noise I make. It is also easier on my joints. It is worth it with the results I am seeing. My legs are lookin' good and I'm losing inches as well as pounds. For me, its about how I look and feel, not just a number on the scale. 1833 days ago
