PRIORITIES ....

It's time to get with the program. I really want to make me a PRIORITY. SparkPeople is very time consuming, but I want to get back to spending time here and keeping a daily journal. NOTHING WORKS BETTER THAN THIS PROGRAM!!

I have a wonderful husband ,Joby, and two children, Trent (21) and Tanner (17).

We are planning a trip to Hawaii in the fall and I really want to look and feel my best so that I can enjoy the beautiful islands and all they have to offer.

Eat fruits every day.

Drink 8-12 glasses of water every day.

Walk at least two miles, five days each week.

Currently, I'm incorporating lower fat cooking methods, eating more vegetables, and watching portion sizes.

Also, limiting wine.

Personal Information:
I live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

I'm a huge NASCAR fan--go Tony!!



Other Information:
I work a full-time job and a part-time job, so I stay really busy. I love wine. I love to read in my spare time. I really want to commit to losing 10% of my body weight as a start. That's 20 pounds now. The most ever.
