I track all food on MyFitnessPal...I began years ago., long before spark. Very user friendly and it provides tons of info...like the fat, carb, and protein content of individual items, as well as meals. It also breaks down sodium, sugar, types of fat, and vitamins. So far, lost 5 pounds, since January 1st. I had canceled my February 14's Doctor's appointment because of all of this snow, and freezing temperatures. It is rescheduled for March 5th, I believe, Pam's birthday. So, hopefully, my doctor will be pleased with my current sugar levels. No insulin for me!
