thanks for the nice comment on my page. it looks like you have a really nice start on your plan. cardio and eating right are terrific. it can be a challenge to eat healthy if you have to eat at the caf... however, with sparks you can kind of figure out what to load up on and what to avoid. weight training is very important, & being in college you have access to lifting facilities. However, when starting a new plan it can be overwhelming to do it all at once...develop good habits a bit at a time and you will be well on your way to meeting your goals.

I bought the vhs version on sale on amazon. I really love it. I got the ten in ten one. Then I bought the harder one, but still love the first one best.
