Time for change

In the past few years I have struggled to get my weight under control. It is time for a change. I must become more serious about becoming a smaller and healtheir me. I will be 35 this year and my risk of developing long term diseases due to obesity is increasing. I would like to loose 45 pounds, I need support and motivation but I know I can do it, I have to do it this time.

My Goals:
I would like to loose 45-55 pounds and run a half marathon in 2013.

My Program:
For my diet program I am trying a vegetarian diet that includes fish, and sticking with higher protien dairy and grains like quinoa and greek yogurt.

I am trying to excercise 6 times per week including 3 runs, 1 yoga, 1 bootcamp, 1 zumba class and 1 spin class.
