My goals are to be eating properly, to get toned and to lose up to 30 lbs. My first goal is to reach 160 by July of this year.
I am going to Effex180 in Sherwood Park to get my strength training as well as working out at home on my treadmill. I am taking a nutrition course and using Spark to help me with my eating habits as well as track my progress.
