I have been married to Timmy for 16 years. We have 2 daughters and 2 sons whom have given us 7 G-girls and 1 G-son and we are expecting our 1st GG-girl this month. We also have our baby, JackieO. She is a 3 yr old Jack Russell and is our pride and joy.

We are semi-retired. We bred and race Standardbred horses.

09-01-2010 - 1st day and am excited to start on this journey. And already went over on calorie intake for the day! Not by much but enough.

09-02-2010 - 2nd day and for 1st time (probably) in my life I have drank equivilant to 8 glasses of water. I am taking this as my first step to losing my unwanted weight. Went over on calorie intake again. Hopefully will get better!

09-03-2010 - 3rd day and still able to drink 8 glasses of water and once again went over on calorie intake. No change in weight.....patience!!!!!! I am trying.......

09-04-2010 - 4th day...drinking last glass of water for the day. Went just slightly over on calories today....no change in weight but am feeling positive!

09-05-2010 - 5th day drinking water is getting easier every day, in fact, I want water a lot more than I did before. Went to a fish fry and eat a little more than I should have BUT it was so good and only went over a little. Will try to do better tomorrow!

09-06-2010 - 6th day and what a day. Drank more water than ever, swam 40 laps (a first for me) and stayed under my calorie intake. Also walked 2 miles and went with Timmy and JackieO to the Doggy Park this afternoon. On top of that got the laundry done. All in all a very good day!

09-07-2010 - 7th day.....Missed our walk today.....STUPID not to go...but didn't. Had work out with Krista and did she work us hard today. For the hour workout I burnt 1400 calories! Now you would think that I would lose weight burning like that but.....Also stayed under my calorie intake....2 days in a row that is very good for me. Getting geared up for Zumba in the morning!

09-08-2010 - 8th day....THREE DAYS under on my calorie intake! Zumba class and swam 50 laps.....Not a bad day. Weather was beautiful! Got to have the top down for awhile. Haven't lost any weight but will keep with what I have started and hope for the best.

11-08-2010 - 60th day...Have not lost any weight! At times that bothers me but other times I realize that I have lost inches and have become faithful about tracking my food and exercise! Outside of this headach I have had for a couple of days, I feel good and my clothes are starting to be too big on me....so there are a lot of positives! Now, if the weight would start going down it would be perfect....but this is not a perfect world!
