Postal worker needs work out buddy

I work in the post office so i go into work early and sometimes work late. I have sopontanious hours because I'm not a full time employee yet. I have some weight to lose and I don't feel motivated just by myself I need someone to suffer through with me to do it. I can do most anything except for high impact exercises due to weakness and swelling in the ankles

My Goals:
I weigh somewhere in the vicinity of 320 pounds. I'd like to get down to my healthy weight of 150. I have a lot to lose.

My Program:
I'm starting to eat better and get myself moving when I can but i have a sedentary job so this makes it kinda hard.

Running takes time to work into. You must start very slow. They have a very good couch to 5k program on spark. Look for the c25k program. You start walking and running and slow build to running.

Im glad to see your here. I have been where you are and almost exactly the same weight. I know how hard it is and i know what a challenge you have ahead. But Go look at pics of me I have lost 80 pounds I started Feburary 19th. I feel amazing and You will to.
