Slow and Steady Wins the Race!

My Goals:
I will lose 45 pounds by the end of this year. I will attend at least 2 Zumba classes a week. I will eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days a week. I will track my exercise and food intake daily. I will report my progress (both in terms of exercise and what the scale says) weekly.
My Program:
I have signed up with a gym that is 1 block from my house that has Zumba classes 6 days a week. I am currently working with a health coach through my health insurance. I keep accountable by forming great friendships on SparkPeople and also by doing a weekly weigh-in.
Personal Information:
I was raised in Southern California and am now a Northern California (SF Bay Area). My wife and kids and I are like many other families, we go to church, take our kids to soccer, and are worried about everyday parent things.
