I'm a college student living Litchfield Park, AZ. I have an AA in Liberal Arts, and one in General Education. I'm not sure what I plan to major in for my BA, but it will undoubtedly be either Psychology, English, or Library Sciences.
I'm married, but I'm separated at the moment. I have a shih-tzu named Mog that is very sweet and affectionate. He has a very good disposition, and is my constant companion. I live with my parents at the moment, along with my brother and his family. I hope to find a job soon so I can move into a place of my own.
As far as my lifestyle goes, I am a pretty sedentary person. I have problems with depression and anxiety, which makes it difficult to motivate myself. I did, however, lose 20 pounds at one point for my wedding in November 2009. Since then, I've put back on a little weight, and I've come to the conclusion that I need to change my lifestyle and diet permanently if I want to properly deal with my weight gain and self-image issues.
I want to like myself, no matter how much I weigh or what kind of day I'm having. Progress is slow.
I run on the elliptical 5 times a day, for 30 minutes. I drink a lot of water, and try to eat healthy whenever I can. Lately I've been having a problem with eating too much, I need to exercise more self-control.

"Even if the challenges are immense and the obstacles are many, step forward and live the life you choose to live. Your dreams are worth every effort.
Even if you get knocked down again and again, get right back up and get going. With enough persistence, any goal is within your reach.
Even if you can’t see all the way to the end of the road, go ahead and take the first step. Each time you make some progress, you’ll find new ways to make even more.
Even if your results fall short of your expectations, keep making the effort. Each new day brings you more experience, wisdom and effectiveness.
Even if you’ve been deeply disappointed in the past, focus on the positive possibilities. For your future is what you choose to make it now."
— Ralph Marston

"How do you build up your bank account? By putting something in it everyday.
Your health account is no different. What I do today, I am wearing tomorrow.
If I put inferior foods in my body today, I'm going to be inferior tomorrow, it's that simple."
