You rock girl! Being a mom is one of the hardest things and you are doing great! Just keep at it, Are there any mommy and me gyms near you? or maybe you could find some other moms who want to get back in shape, and get together every other day. Google some mommy and me workouts and do them together. :) Either way, keep on being the best momma you can be,, just don't forget about your own needs too! emoticon

You are amazing. I do not want to be sick to lose weight. Right now it is the opposite, if I do not walk every day...and drink water, of course, that to...I will gain at least one pound a day...strange..but this has been a given, for the last two years...I do know my body. I am fighting a cold in my chest, and do not work today. I do not want to go outside in the cold, and do not want to spread germs at the gym...I do not want to go above 130...gasp!..so I could just do jumping jacks indoors...right/??????? emoticon
