My Goals:
keep below 1200 calories for 5 days in a row. stay a size 2! drink 8 glasses of water. track it all!
My Program:
Ammended again! Still going strong at spark, and I log every day - even if I go over. I hit my goal of 110, and now I'm working to maintain it. Ammended - Baby no longer nursing, so I have delved into the amazing world of healthy cooking! Most of my recipes come from the "Cooking Light - Mix and Match" cook book from Costco. I still measure ever bite, but most of the meals have turned out AMAZING if I may say so, myself. ;-) -No dairy, beef, caffeine, chocolate, tomatoes, citrus fruits or grease due to nursing baby's fragile tummy. I drink a lot of almond milk and eat lost of chicken and fish, oatmeal, whole wheat wraps, and fruit.
