My Goals:

My Program:
Ammended again! Still going strong at spark, and I log every day - even if I go over. I hit my goal of 110, and now I'm working to maintain it. Ammended - Baby no longer nursing, so I have delved into the amazing world of healthy cooking! Most of my recipes come from the "Cooking Light - Mix and Match" cook book from Costco. I still measure ever bite, but most of the meals have turned out AMAZING if I may say so, myself. ;-)

-No dairy, beef, caffeine, chocolate, tomatoes, citrus fruits or grease due to nursing baby's fragile tummy. I drink a lot of almond milk and eat lost of chicken and fish, oatmeal, whole wheat wraps, and fruit.

I'm a 28 year old wife and a mother of two from Idaho. :)

Have I any goals or resolutions to share? Well.... how about trying as many different fresh fruit and vegs as you can? Even try different varieties - there are so many types of delicious apples. My favourite is pink lady. And Romanesco broccoli/Roman cauliflower looks great and tastes just like cauliflower!

Hi been enjoying my summer and I am sad school started . I miss the kids when they are not home. We are preparing for hurricane Isaac now and I hope it is projected to go in the right direction and doesn't take any turn directly towards us. I already lived through Hurricane Andrew and don't want any bad calls by the weather man :). I really like spark people I have tried fitness pal before and didn't like it .... emoticon
