My Goals:
*Complete the San Jose Rock 'N Roll Half Marathon on October 5, 10.

*Lose 60 lbs by my birthday Nov. 20, 10.

*Work out 4-5 days a week with a couple days of strength training.

*Get my kids more active

*Make healthy habits and stick to them.

My Program:
I am using the tools on SparkPeople to track my calories and exercise.

I try to walk my kids to school at least 3 out of 5 days a week (2 miles round trip for me)

I am doing a C25K program to ease back into running and work back up to a half marathon.

I walk/jog on the treadmill or outside or go to spinning class

My Diva Two Cents: We all hit a roadblock in our weight loss journey and then do one of two things: #1 give up or #2 start over again. Do you ever learn why you fell off the wagon? What made you do it in the first place? When you find that answer and eliminate that obstacle you can continue moving forward on your weight loss journey. If you never learn anything, you'll always be in the same spot over and over again. Learn the whys and those will lead you to success. Keep on rocking this week diva!
