    It is great that you are still plooding along. Remember, every step forward, no matter how small is still a step. I am struggling to do fitness, I still don't know if it is the winter blahs, the cold or just being tired but I have maybe one great day in a week. I also have days where I don't do any fitness so the numbers are off. Do you use the new food tracker? or still on the old one. I use the old way.

    Hi Kathy,
    I'm so happy to see you again. I'm doing ok on my weight, not very fast or very much but any progress is still progress. I don't do enough fitness most days but I am great on the food end. That's probably why I haven't gained so I won't complain. I'm a work in progress and enjoying the journey so if the destination is still far away it's fine cause everything is ask about being healthier. I hope you are staying steady and maybe even ready to kick it up!
