My Goals:
I would like to be healthier to be the woman that God intended me to me. I have been given the gift of life and need to take care of my body better than I have been doing.

My Program:
Portion control, regular stretching and strengthening program, a more consistent cardio program.

I also am working through both Beck and Setting Captives Free (The Lord's Table)

Personal Information:
I've been blessed by my theatrical travels. It's amazing to see first-hand the gorgeous variety that God has created!

Other Information:
Favorite books: The Bible, of course; LOTR; C.S. Lewis; Jane Austen; recently read Copeland and Hunt''s Heavenly Daze series

Favorite movies: The Princess Bride, Music Man (the first one), the Gene Wilder version of Willy Wonka, BBC versions of the Jane Austen books, the Megan Follows versions of Anne of Green Gables, lots more

Hobbies: crocheting and other crafts (but mostly crochet), cooking/baking, reading, writing
