Personal Information:
I'm an ambitious, energetic person. I'm working on my discipline, and exercising has really helped me do that. I've permanently changed the way I eat and my activity level, and I want to make other changes too!

emoticon Happy second Sparkversary! What an amazing accomplishment to have stayed with your new lifestyle for two whole years! I see how fantastic you have done as your tracker has just moved on down! While 95% of people who started with you QUIT, you loved yourself enough to stay with this and change your lifestyle. I know they sure wish they had done as much!!!! emoticon

You gotta go into Super Seiyan mode and lose the last bit of weight, so you can be done with Spark People for all eternity and never have to worry about what you eat or how you exercise again. That is how it works, right?
