I CAN DO IT! YES I CAN! IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN!

Cause I'm a quitter! I've lost track how many times I've stopped by Sparkpeople and tracked calories for a few days/few weeks/etc. and quit because I didn't see instant results! I'm back again and determined this time!

Add me as a SparkFriend and I will return the favor. The catch....you gotta keep tabs on me and help me keep on track.....reaching my goal. I will return the favor.

I don't always use the online page, I do most of my tracking via the sparkpeople app ...

My Goals:
Things I DONT count calories in:
when I drink sweetened tea.

When I chew gum.

Sunday's is CHEAT DAY! I don't weigh and calories can be over.

My Program:
Follow my progress, encourage me.

I'm keeping tabs on what I eat and how much I eat. Limiting my pepsi (and counting it too).

Try not to deprive myself of the things I WANT to eat, just eat them in moderation.

One day a week I can splurge and go over my calories.

Take a Multi-vitamin at least 5 times a week.
