Hi there Just dropping in to say hello and see how you are doing. I was in a plateau for 2 weeks and gained 1 1/2 lbs to boot so I asked Sparklers what to do and they told me I wasn't eating enough calaries therefore putting my body into a starvation mode. I fixed that right away and started drinking more water. I broke the plateau this morning and lost the 1 1/2 I gained plus another lb needless to say I am a happy camper.
