Starting Over
I started dieting in March. I was at 200 pounds then and have lost 15 pounds in four months. That's less than a pound a week. Then over the last few weeks I increased my cardio, but gained weight instead. So my goal is to get back on the right track.

is to loose 50 pounds, One pound a week.
My Program:
consists of a 1350 to 1650 calorie a day. Burn 3500 calories a week and 30 minutes, 3 times a week strength training.
