Life has been full of changes, mostly good ones, yet here I am starting my weight loss journey over. My weight has gone up and down over the last year. I had healthy habits down it seemed and I was training for my first half-marathon.
Along came insertional achilles tendinitis, and all of a sudden my momentum came to a halt. I'm still healing just a bit, but I'm trying to make the effort to get things moving again!

By Fall 2016 (our anniversary) I want to achieve the following goals:
Lose 40-45 lbs
Run weekly, and complete a half marathon (*tendinitis dependent)
Do Yoga every week
Sculpt a really hot butt! I will not become my mother!
Eat more fruits and veggies, Drink more water
Create a happy and healthy body so that I can promote a healthy pregnancy (we're hoping to start a family soon!)

My Goals:
Make it to my goal weight/size and stay there!

Get back to running without overdoing it and causing a tendinitis flare up.

Climb more 14ers in the Summers.

Be able to pull-up my full body weight.

Learn to be happy with myself in ALL aspects of life.

I lost track of my progress when I was diagnosed with insertional achilles tendinitis. Time to get back on track!


My Program:
I plan to work out as often as I can, make smart food choices, and above all - DRINK LOTS OF WATER!

Missing yoga and vowing to do it weekly to get back into practice.

I shall spend 10-15 minutes daily doing something I enjoy just for myself.



Personal Information:
I hang around the Denver Metro/Arvada area here in CO. If you've never been to Boulder or Denver I highly suggest it. There's so much to do here, especially outdoors!


Other Information:
Running is something I'm learning to love, something I want to improve at, and do regularly year round!

Aspiring to be a walker, biker, and yogi.
