K, thanks for reading the blog -- it can be very frustrating to keep losing that same 2 to 5 pounds. Yet that is exactly what we are doing when we continually let the temptations get to us. And what a waste of time it all boils down to. Next week, or next month, what difference will it make if we skipped eating a piece of birthday cake? Of course let's say we DID eat it, next week it might still be with us. lol
Thank you for stopping by my blog about how my last week went. It has actually slowed down a lot compared to June and July. And lots less stress, although the past week was pretty bad for stress due to a problem my daughter was having. And my face swells in various places when I get stressed. We stress over our children, even when it's not our problem -- and she is in Italy so can't do much about the situation herself.
But I know I'll love this place once all the kinks are worked out! And that is important if this is to be our one and only home soon. I will probably never get to the point of exercise that you have attained, but for right now the walking morning and night is doing OK by me.
