Develop lifestyle habit of regular weekly cardio exercise

Integrate healthier (not perfect) nutritional habits

My Program:
Current exercise target is 180 cardio minutes/week, changing up treadmill speed and elevation to keep it challenging.

Current nutritional target is to use Nutrition Tracker consistently and stay within target calorie range over the course of each week.

Personal Information:
I'm one of the 10-15 thousand people lucky enough to live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I have a terrific husband; together we've launched 3 kids into adulthood and still have (most of) our sanity. Now the two of us ride herd on an exuberant chocolate Lab.

Other Information:
Thought for Today: The world is full of people who will go their whole lives and not actually Live one day. She did not intend on being one of them.

Does that date us, knowing about ink wells? How did that make you feel?

I am trying to get some cleaning done but am taking my time and resting when I need to, which seems to be a lot. I had no idea that it would take so long to recover from this. We are having a family reunion in July and my kids from Oregon will be here for a day or two. Finally am semi-done with one room and at this rate have time to do two more.

Sami and EJ - the soap opera kitties - were both rescued as kittens. EJ was found in a window well, and Sami was under the hood of a car. Since a feral cat colony was near by, both cats, undoubtedly, have at least one feral parent. Considering their very humble beginnings, you would think they would eat anything. Only Fancy Feast pleases their palates and not just any flavor. Oh, no, it has to be fish and only classic. Sigh. If I make a mistake and buy flaked tuna, you would think the world is about to come to an end, and there's no passing off a store brand. Ick, ick, get it away. Both Sami and EJ are very far removed from their days of dining on filet-o-chipmunk.
