My Goals:
Develop lifestyle habit of regular weekly cardio exercise

Integrate healthier (not perfect) nutritional habits

My Program:
Current exercise target is 180 cardio minutes/week, changing up treadmill speed and elevation to keep it challenging.

Current nutritional target is to use Nutrition Tracker consistently and stay within target calorie range over the course of each week.

Personal Information:
I'm one of the 10-15 thousand people lucky enough to live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I have a terrific husband; together we've launched 3 kids into adulthood and still have (most of) our sanity. Now the two of us ride herd on an exuberant chocolate Lab.

Other Information:
Thought for Today: The world is full of people who will go their whole lives and not actually Live one day. She did not intend on being one of them.

You are a true minimalist! My laptop is very slow and I should replace it so I use the iPhone all the time. But that said, the app needs a renovation.

Hi :) Thank you for stopping by my blog. Yes, you getting a treadmill at home makes perfect sense; but, my townhouse association (to say nothing of the neighbors ha!) would probably have a problem with me putting in a swimming pool. It would be wonderful though - especially if I could afford to pay someone else to clean it too!

The person who crash landed on me sailed past me in the weight room today. Nary a glance my way. Amazing ! I am almost back to normal but avoiding classes. Instead I use my old class tapes ( yep tapes !) and do my own thing.

I just found out that the Lipitor I'm taking for my blood pressure's causing me to have leg pain... hope that's not your case? Maybe someone's been 'pulling your leg' and you didn't know. emoticon emoticon

Thank you for reading my aggravated blog . These are good people but the divide on exercise ( and nutrition) is widening. Her comment was " you are used to it" got to me since a year ago I could not walk let alone jog.
