My Goals:
Develop lifestyle habit of regular weekly cardio exercise

Integrate healthier (not perfect) nutritional habits

My Program:
Current exercise target is 180 cardio minutes/week, changing up treadmill speed and elevation to keep it challenging.

Current nutritional target is to use Nutrition Tracker consistently and stay within target calorie range over the course of each week.

Personal Information:
I'm one of the 10-15 thousand people lucky enough to live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I have a terrific husband; together we've launched 3 kids into adulthood and still have (most of) our sanity. Now the two of us ride herd on an exuberant chocolate Lab.

Other Information:
Thought for Today: The world is full of people who will go their whole lives and not actually Live one day. She did not intend on being one of them.

Good luck on your gardening, what a good way to have nice fresh herbs.
Congratulations on your miles, what a great accomplishment. It is easy to give up, but hard to stick to what our bodies need.

The forecast for tomorrow is for double digits or 12 C so I am thinking of the seeds I could start and potting soil I need to get. It's only a balcony ' garden ' but I can grow Arugula, chives, and believe it or not...sunflowers...on the eighth floo

This tiny bird actually would come to my lanai to chirp as though asking for his food... I put out all sorts of things, croutons, cookies, even brownies. All the things I won't eat !!!
