Thank you for reading my blog and leaving your comment. Yes! Sometimes it only takes one word to remember something that was learned. "Breathe" is one of those words that I respond to and immediately slow down my thinking and follow the direction to breathe slowly and deeply. Funny how one can be caught up in pain, or another emotional state of mind like anxiety, and when told calmly to breathe, that action is what takes over!
