My Goals:
Looking to lose 100 pounds.

My Program:
I'm reading motivational articles each day, i'm exercising each day either at the gym or via dvd, i'm walking, i'm making healthier food choices and i've cut out almost all soda.
Remember 3,500 calories equals 1 lb. So you need to burn at least 500 calories per day to lose 1 lb.!

I love my family and nieces and nephews, I love to read, I love to play and watch sports and I work a lot.
