WAARRRRRRRIOR DASH!! You will have a blast regardless of time, I promise that.

I LOVE the way the warrior dash website suggests training:
How do I train for Warrior Dash?
1.Day one: run as far as you can. Go home.
2.Day two: do the same thing.
3.Find the dirtiest pond in your neighborhood and snorkel in it - in your slippers, without goggles.
4.Practice your climbing and crawling skills at your local jungle gym. Ignore the small children and parental glares.
5.Do not shower or shave for weeks in order to obtain a true Warrior look.

THAT cracks me up!!! Honestly....run....get your cardio up, however you are able to do that. The Warrior Dash is more about SURVIVE than anything else, LOL! Depending on what course you get, how much mud there is, etc. Cardio is you need and a GREAT sense of humor!

When are y'all running it??

Yea we really did have snow this morning... melted before lunch but, it was funny since spring has been trying to happen for a couple weeks now LOL

same old, same old here trying to relax before I have to go back to work Monday LOL

I hear the tip about drinking hot tea all the time but I've never applied it. I'm going to drink a cup now. It's a little after 7pm and I'm feeling bored. Hmmm....I notice a pattern. emoticon

Still waiting on Adrian (I think they are just finishing up interviews) but ... I GOT AN OFFER FROM ALMA COLLEGE! :-D They are very similar schools, but I would prefer Adrian... now I'm just waiting, and I told Alma I'd let them know in a week probably.
