Smaller Pants, Bigger biceps!

My goal is to finish the weightloss I started two years ago. I have become complacent (aka lazy) and have gotten soft and squishy again. Although I have maintained a 30 pound loss, I am back at 211 lbs after reaching 196 and getting super buff. I want to work hard, get this soft belly back to being toned and smaller and focus on the best body that I can have. 33 has been the best year of my life and I aim to finish what I started in October of 2009.
