I've lost over 145 lbs!! Keep focused. Keep working it! Keep 100% - food/water/exercise.

I started a weight loss program, on November 2006, and I lost the first 100 lbs on Nutrisystem and have more weight to lose, but have chosen to eat my own food.
Each day is new and I'm going to really learn what that means! Each day I have a choice to make a difference in my health. Each day I can reach for my goal.
Currently I am using my own foods, but am using the theory of Nutrisystem.
I exercise usually 6-7 times per week - try to vary it, usually brisk walk, stairs, abs, stretching, sometimes jogging.
