MOTIVATION

I am resetting my goals. I am going to forget about the 35-40 lbs I lost last year and act like they were never there! I am resetting my goals from my 158 weight and journey to 135-138! Starting Feb 18, 2011! Here's to a new year in health!

Hello my name is Kathy and I am serious about getting fit. I joined Spark People in 8/25/2009, however I just started taking it seriously March 2010. Wish me luck on my journey to not only loose weight and being fit!

No longer focusing on weight loss! I am focusing on my muscle/fat percentage!

My Program:
M: Extreme Lift/15 treadmill warm-up/20 minute run

T: Leg workout/9am cycling

W: Bollywood Dance/20 minute run

Th: 15 minute treadmill warm-up/cross training

F: Cycling/leg workout

S: cycling

S: Rest or watch tv for 30 minutes on treadmill

Eat between 1600-1900 calories



Personal Information:
I used to be a ametuer cyclist but over the years I have not made time for it. I am hoping that with a healthy diet, accountability and motivation I can become the fit person I once was!
