My Goals:
1. To lose 1.5 to 2 pounds a week for 12 weeks in row. 2. To walk 3 miles, 6 days out of seven. 3. To track my exercise and food intake using Spark People.
My Program:
I am following the meal plans and using the recipes to make healthy meals. I weigh or measure all food. I walk every day (almost) and strength train on Mon Wed and Fri. I drink 8 or more glasses of water every day. I will succeed.
Personal Information:
I live in the Oxford Hills area of Maine. My husband and I are enthusiastic motorcyclists. We have just moved to Maine and are loving the people and pace of Maine.
Other Information:
Geneaology is a hobby I enjoy because most of my ancestors are from this area. I enjoy swimming, cooking, reading, playing games, and babysitting the grandkids.
