My Road To Recovery

I can do this! I will do this! I want to do this! I started back in October of 2010 my weight was 240, I have stopped eating most sugar, went to Diet Soda, 1 can a day. I broil, boil, or bake my food. I try hard to exercise 3-4 days a week 1 hour. I have lost 34 lbs to date.

To STAY MOTIVATED I DO THIS ALL THE TIME:::
1) come in, read the posts, and do your postings
2) read, join any teams that you think you like, go to My Spark Points (click there) and spin the wheel, (that is where you go everyday to start with those points)
3) get it know the people and make new friendships
4) read some article.... (you make points reading these too)
5) make yourself to exercise like walking, jogging, or whatever you would like to
6) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself
