You can do it Brit! It is not easy but I know you can do it! Michelle is right about finding the reason you want to lose the weight. I also have loads more energy! I can chase Ella all day now and she will need a nap before I do. (not something I could always do) Want to start going to the gym with me through the week? Ive been going around 4:30/4:40ish to get it over with sooner after work. I think I am going to really start strength training as well to try and tone up some. 1947 days ago
hey darling! I just thought I would stop by and say you can do it! and you are totally not the only one who is going through this! I know that for me, wanting to be skinnier was nowhere near enough motivation to make me lose any weight. BUT being healthier Was. when I realized all of the health Problems that I was now over 50% more likely to have, I felt like i needed to do something. Also, once I started I almost immediately started reaping the benefits. I have less pain, less depression, more energy, and less migraines it helped me stick to it. So that is what motivated me! and I hope that you can find what motivates you to really do it!!! Goodluck! I am here if you need someone to talk to!
