I totally understand! just try to narrow down what you really want and make small goals to get there. when I first started, until I was able to really change me diet and lifestyle I took little steps. like I just HAD to eat 3-5 fruits or veggies and drink water. Then I added eating every 2 hours smaller snacks and meals. Then I went to whole grains and less fatty meats.... its a progression. ALSO get Clayton to help you out! my husband has been the BIGGEST motivator to me becuase he knows it means alot to me. sure sometimes he isnt sure what to do or say but he still tries! and it works!!! so get that person who is around you all the time to be your partner in crime!! good luck! I am always here if you want to talk or gripe or vent or whatever!!! 2011 days ago
You can do it Brit! It is not easy but I know you can do it! Michelle is right about finding the reason you want to lose the weight. I also have loads more energy! I can chase Ella all day now and she will need a nap before I do. (not something I could always do) Want to start going to the gym with me through the week? Ive been going around 4:30/4:40ish to get it over with sooner after work. I think I am going to really start strength training as well to try and tone up some. 2018 days ago
hey darling! I just thought I would stop by and say you can do it! and you are totally not the only one who is going through this! I know that for me, wanting to be skinnier was nowhere near enough motivation to make me lose any weight. BUT being healthier Was. when I realized all of the health Problems that I was now over 50% more likely to have, I felt like i needed to do something. Also, once I started I almost immediately started reaping the benefits. I have less pain, less depression, more energy, and less migraines it helped me stick to it. So that is what motivated me! and I hope that you can find what motivates you to really do it!!! Goodluck! I am here if you need someone to talk to!
