FIt and Fabulous Fifties

I've kept 15 pounds off for a year and now I"m looking to take off another 15 or even more. I'm also looking to push myself athletically. I've done 2 sprint triathlons and I want to do more, as well as get back into hiking and backpacking again. I plan to leave my 50th decade as a fit and fabulous woman who weighs no more than 150.

Love my dog, love gardening, eat tons of vegetables, used to be a potter, read a lot. Just finished history of love - great book. 30 Rock and Glee are my favorite tv shows - although I watch them on my computer since I don't actually have a tv.
