Time to kick some butt!
I'm a young professional who was very fit 3 years ago. Stopped watching what I ate and working out. Slowly a 5-pound gain turned into 25 pounds. This might not seem like a lot, but after this weight gain started affecting my emotional health I realized it's time to get moving again. Lost about 25 pounds before getting married, which slowly crept back on. Just recently lost 45 lbs after having my first baby and looking to lose another 25 lbs and tighten everything up! ...

My Goals:
- work out for at least an hour 4 times per week - consume less than I burn
My Program:
- eating between 1300-1600 calories per day - boxing 2 times per week - using various Jillian Michaels videos and elliptical training from home 2-3 times per week - Zumba on Saturday mornings - will be taking up long-distance running again when the weather gets better
