I am a new mom with lots of pregnancy eating to undo. I will be starting work as a nanny sooner than I want to. I love being a mom but want to get rid of the weight that is robbing me of my energy.

My Goals:
I want to get down to a healthy weight so that I can keep up with my daughter and be happy about pictures of us. I don't want to spend my daughter's life not being in pictures with her because I don't like how I look. I want to be a healthy role model.
I also want to get healthy before we add another baby to our family.

My Program:
Right now I am trying to just get started. I tend to start out strong and fizzle quickly. I am becoming conscious of what I am eating and am already seeing a difference in what I eat. I don't want to have to journal one of the binges I was doing before. I ahve lost with WW before, and will probably keep using some of the tips I learned there.

Personal Information:
I am a new mom who will be going back to work as a nanny soon. I love being a mom - it is the best job ever.

Other Information:
I love learning and helping other moms to be the best they can be. I know I can do this - only this time, I am not going to stop before I get to my goal.

Hey Chickie...Congrats on your second week. I had a couple of issues...the marriage retreat was horrific for my calorie intake and I gained, but I am back to 138 now....so good stuff. I am using my heart monitor with my different workouts so that it will be more accurate in monitoring my calorie burn each day. Today I stuffed my face and ate my lunch before 9:30 because I am on an 8 hour fast and I didn't want to keel over by 5:30. My lunch was good though, because it was a spinach salad and some high fiber crackers. I hope that we can both stay on track this week.....and next with Thanksgiving coming up. Hold me accountable k?
