Going to make 2015 my year!

Had the annual checkup with the doc today. She finally putme on BP meds - and the scale groaned out 273 this morning.

Here's the plan - stay under my calorie budget and start out with at least 10 minutes (or 1 mile walk) a day. Goal - 1 pound a week. Maybe trying the slow approach I won't get bounced off the wagon again.

HI Linda !! WOOHOOO Ur a DAWGGIE Now,,, I am sure you will miss ur friends on the Stars,,,,however we are a VERY SUPPORTIVE and LOVING Team. As you know we LOVE TO WIN and can't WAIT for the chal to START aND THANKS for reporting ur time daily !! WONDAHFUL to have YOU WITH US !! WOOHOOOO !!!

Linda please report ur exercise and LTGL points each day (unless ur away on vaca or sick,, if sick please have someone in the house, or a friend let us know, cos we DO WORRY !!!! If you become injured during the chal (something we hop;e NEVAH happens to a Dawg,,, but, paws are PAWS and sometimes,, YELP !!!!! we can EASILY with ur Dr's permission find alternative exercises for one to do.
