Happy 2014

2013 was a rough year overall - alot happened.
sadly I ended year with a substantial gain for the year

I am starting this year out at 262 pounds with a BP 144/92 (no meds).

The goal for the year is 100 pounds and we (me and the hubby) are planning on a half marathon in March 2015

I will be weighing in on Fridays. I am starting out at 236.2 so 5% is 11.8 pounds so i am shooting for 224.4 in 8 weeks

Last year is in the past. This is a new slate for us all. Let's make this a great year y'all (yes I am from the south). Goal for me this year 180 by end of July!

Milestone 1 will be a 10K 1st weekend in March (and I got the hubbie to sign up for it with me!)

I guess I still really haven't had my "Ahha" moment. I exercise most days of the week on my lunch breaks. But the weekends and days off - I am bad about letting the excuses get in the way. Sometimes I eat and stay under my calorie limit - but not most days. So instead of waiting for new years day I am making my resolutions now.

1. log every day - even if it looks ugly to see in writing
2. exercise at least 10 minutes every day

7/27/2012 - 228 (i really did lose weight this year, sadly i found it again)

Linda please report ur exercise and LTGL points each day (unless ur away on vaca or sick,, if sick please have someone in the house, or a friend let us know, cos we DO WORRY !!!! If you become injured during the chal (something we hop;e NEVAH happens to a Dawg,,, but, paws are PAWS and sometimes,, YELP !!!!! we can EASILY with ur Dr's permission find alternative exercises for one to do.
